These special dishes will feature carefully curated entrees, highlighting the unique and luxurious taste of white truffles from Alba, Piedmont in each course. It will be a delightful evening filled with great food, fine wine, and wonderful company.

Homemade Tagliolini with clarified butter and 10 grams of White Truffle $90

 Veal Scaloppine served with black truffle creamy sauce topped with 10 grams of White Truffle $110
