Feast of the Seven Fishes presents a harmonious blend of flavors, textures and techniques, expertly crafted by talented Chef Rosario DeLuca. Guests will savor a selection of dishes that celebrate the ocean's bounty and the spirit of community, featuring: Sea Bass Carpaccio: Thinly sliced and artfully arranged, the sea bass is drizzled with a vibrant citrus vinaigrette Octopus Salad: Fresh Octopus with diced potatoes and parsley and EVOO Sauteed of Mussels: Fresh Mussels sautéed in a delicate white wine sauce with cherry tomatoes Risotto Gamberi, Zucchine & Pomodoro Confit: Fresh shrimp, zucchini, and slow-roasted cherry tomatoes in a creamy sauce Fettuccine Tonno & Pomodorini: Hawaiian tuna, which is gently flaked and folded with sautéed cherry tomatoes that burst with sweetness Filet of Spigola: Served atop a bed of seasonal vegetables, with a light lemon-butter sauce that accentuates the natural flavors of the spigola Frittura Mista: A delightful medley of perfectly fried shrimp and calamari that captures the essence of coastal cuisine lightly battered and fried to a golden crisp Dessert: Homemade Sicilian Cannoli with Chocolate and Pistacchio Complementing the feast, DeLuca offers a curated selection of fine wines and festive cocktails, perfect for toasting to new beginnings and cherished traditions in an unforgettable dining experience.
